The Bears Inn hotel complex is located approximately 7 km from the town of Sinaia, the national road DN 71 Targoviste – Sinaia, about 800 m from the Monastery “Ascension” at km 55 and administratively belongs to the commune Moroeni, Dambovita County.

From Route 71, just before it reaches the complex Cota 1000, is off Highway Transbucegi (DJ 73), known as the Babelor Road – the main access road in Bucegi, reaching near famous sights: Babel and the Sphinx.

The mountainous area Cota 1000 is potentially very important natural, due to positioning in the Prahova Valley, at an altitude of about 1000 m in a frame without conurbations, close to the forest.
